Two Stage Extruder

ZL series, that’s two stage compounding extruder consisted of two parts. Mainly there are three types of two stage extruder combination:

1.Single screw main extruder machine-single screw submachine

2.Single screw main pelletizing machine-twin screw submachine

3.Twin screw main pelletizing machine-single screw submachine

The first two types are widely used for recycled plastic granulating.

 And the third type for heat-sensitive material like PVC, POM, XLPE etc.

The twin screw extruder (SJSL-) at the first stage is to realize good shearing and compounding for material, and then the extrusion and pelletizing by YD single screw extruder (second stage). The new, scientific and advanced design and structure can avoid material decomposition caused by material overheating

c. The screw material: 38CrMoALA, nitrogen hardening. The hardness of the surface is HV
950-1050, layer depth: 0.5-0.7 mm;

950-1050; layer depth: 0.5-0.7 mm;
e. The center height of the screw is 900mm. The screw elements are connected to the
reduction box by involute spline.

c. The screw material: 38CrMoALA, nitrogen hardening. The hardness of the surface is

e. The center height of the screw is 800mm. The screw elements are connected to

gearbox by involute spline.

f. the submachine motor power: 55 KW,(AC), adopted speed governed by YOLICO

inverter. Screw Output Speed 17-84rpm.

g. the submachine heating power: 35 KW, The heating zone can be divided into 4 zones.

Controlled by separately, cooled by blower, the top heating capacity is 500℃.

h. The submachine gear box adopts parallel tri-axial structure. The gear is made of

20CrNi2Mo, which had been treated by the cementation heat treatment process.

The hardness is HRC 60-63. Adopt Japan SKF bearing imported from Sweden.i.

Barrel cooled by air blowing way;

j. With hydraulic net exchanger system, operating easily, motor power: 1.5 KW.
