 Two Stage Extruder

ZL series, that’s two stage compounding extruder consisted of two parts. Mainly there are three types of two stage extruder combination:

1.Single screw main extruder machine-single screw submachine

2.Single screw main pelletizing machine-twin screw submachine

3.Twin screw main pelletizing machine-single screw submachine

The first two types are widely used for recycled plastic granulating.

 And the third type for heat-sensitive material like PVC, POM, XLPE etc.

The twin screw extruder (SJSL-) at the first stage is to realize good shearing and compounding for material, and then the extrusion and pelletizing by YD single screw extruder (second stage). The new, scientific and advanced design and structure can avoid material decomposition caused by material overheating

Revolutions: 0-500rpm;

Reduction :

Reduction ratio: i = 3:1;

Transmission gear: Parallel tri-axial structure is combination of

reduction and matrix.

The gear is made of high quality alloy (20CrNi2Mo). It had been treated

by cementation heat process, the precision grade can reach 6th. It

guarantee the tooth surface is high speed, overloading, low noise and high

torque.

Drive bearing: The brand of axletree: Japanese NSK.

Lubrication: Gear bearings in the gear box will be of oil immersed. There

is hydraulic lubrication in the gear engagement and gear bearings.

Cooling: Lubricated cooling adopts shell and tube cooler and circulated

water cooling method.
