Characteristic of single screw extruder

5. PID temperature is controlled by Japan temperature control meter with stable and accurate temperature.
6. Two type of die head design: manual and hydraulic type for easy changing and time saving.

Working for plastic raw material dye, recycling plastic pellets from film, flake, scrap and engineering plastics, such as ABS, PC, POM, PP, PE, ABS/PC, PET etc.

             2) The screw are connected to the gear box through involute spline;

             3) The screw material: 38CrMoALA, nitrogen hardening. The hardness of the surface is HV 950-1050, deep layer: 0.5-0.7 mm; the barrel material: 38CrMoALA, nitrogen hardening. , the hardness of the surface is HV 950-1050; deep layer: 0.5-0.7 mm;      4) Main motor power: 100 kw, (A/C) speed is regulated by Italy regulator; screw speed 17-84rpm；

             5) Barrel heating: cast- Aluminum heater. Heating power: 60 kw, divided to 7 zones, The machine head is a zone and others are 8 zones. Cooling by blowing way;

             6) Adopted 250 model gear box. The speed is controlled by main transmission box with high torque, and hard gear face, using SKF imported bearing, material of the gear axial is 20CrNiMo, by immerse carbon and heating treated, HRC60-63;

             7) Adopted automatic screen changer, operating easily;
